Loch Rannoch

How lodge ownership actually works

Mist on the loch, coffee on the deck, a place that's genuinely yours — here's the whole picture. No mystery, no pressure.

Ownership in three steps

1

Choose your lodge and week

Browse the lodges and the weeks currently for sale — every Rannoch week is a full 7 nights in a lodge you'll come back to year after year.

2

Become a member

Your week is yours: use it, share it with family and friends, or talk to the club about arranging extra weeks — subject to club rules and availability.

3

Make it yours for the long term

One annual management fee covers the estate, maintenance and services. Your membership is a real asset — sell it on or pass it to family when the time comes.

What ownership really means

The questions everyone has — answered before you ask.
