Good morning. We realise that Committee Members and Richard our G.M. read these Posts, so we propose that if you have a good idea to develop LRHC you put it on here? This way other Owners can see our ideas and hopefully generate new ones, so that the Committee and G.M. can read them to take on board and respond.
To start us off: A monthly update in our Newsletter of Lodges sold during that month
Solar panels on every Lodge roof or wind turbine(s) to generate income for the Club, as well as lowering electricity bills for Owners/Renters
A published monthly strategy in the Newsletter written by the newly appointed Sales personage, to inform Owners of what they are actively doing to stimulate Sales growth and results e.g. as a result of fliers
put in Welcome envelopes/available at Weekly Meetings, the number of enquiries received
Please add your ideas for our Committee and G.M.to read and respond to. Many thanks.
Any good ideas for our Committee to read?
One suggestion I would make to the Committee is to have the 'OWNERS Access point' to all their info and the 'FORUM' on the top bar rhs of the front page, making it quickly spotted and easily accessed for the less Tech savvy owners. Presently it is lost within the Website only after one has scrolled through the pages a few times do you spot it. So let's make it easy for the older Owners to take part in the Forum discussions rather than putting them off by a less than user friendly website please. They

Can we also suggest that Richard promotes the Owners Forum in his weekly Welcome Meetings please and also puts it in the Newsletter? There may be people who don't even know that it's here! Thank you.

I think it is extremely important from both the perspective of the CLUB's Sales and the OWNERS themselves that Richard encourages ALL Owners to take part in using the Forum. It is by fostering the idea of being part of "A Select Owners' Club" visitors may also be encouraged to 'BUY' into the Club.
At the Sunday Owners' Meeting Richard/Staff should encourage Owners to interact on the Forum leaving their recommendations for Holiday Adventures; Walks; Restaurants; Places of interests. In addition owners offering suggestions/ideas for Richard and the Committee. This all adds to the cohesion of 'LRHC Lifestyle' and could be extended down numerous sales avenues only limited by ones lack of imaginative Sales Techniques.
Having said all that, a much more user friendly access portal for the OWNERS FORUM is essential as at present it is lost on the Website and hence rarely used.I

Having reviewed the comments on various review sites such as booking.com it would be a worthwhile exercise to answer the renter comments whether they be good or bad.
This would show the club has both a personal and concerning approach to all comments and now we have a new salesperson onboard, an instant opportunity to hopefully sell the Club using the AIDA approach which is awareness, interest, desire and action.
