One of our fellow Owners on the Alternative Forum has suggested that on looking at Company House records, LRHC'sAccounts were not apparently lodged for this Financial Year by the Deadline date. Can this possibly be true? If so surely an explanation should be given to Owners as the Club was Fined last year for missing the deadline and advised that the Fine would be DOUBLED if the deadline was missed this year again. We cannot afford to pay out Fines just because someone took their eye off the ball and missed the date they should have been completed by, so let's hope this is merely some misunderstanding and our Accounts have been lodged.
An update from someone, GM or Committee member, would be welcomed. in addition a note of the long awaited Figures on Sales of Club Owned Weeks to enable us to see how successful the Sales Programme has been.

CLUB's ACCOUNTS - Were they lodged in time this year?
Good morning to all. We're very much looking forward to visiting Rannoch next month and hoping that we get some sunshine of course!
Yes please, we feel that Owners should be briefed on whether the Accounts have been lodged this year, to avoid doubling a penalty fine? We are told that times are still financially difficult and that expenditure must be carefully watched, so we certainly cannot afford such fines! Please can either one of the Committee or if more appropriate, Richard update Owners?
May we also add our request to those who have previously asked for on an update of Lodges sold please? Obviously in these times of rising fuel bills and the cost of living Sales will have slowed, but can we please have details on those sold during the last Financial Year and also to date?
We were also disappointed to see from the Newsletter the high percentage of Owners who had not paid their Maintenance Fees. Can we have an update on this figure please? Could this published figure have been based on the old and flawed Database that an Owner referred to on the Unofficial Forum, when they were contacted by the Office for non payment of Fees, when they had already been paid? A waste of Staff time and disquieting for Owners needlessly contacted.
