I am 75 years old and a former magistrate. Why do I need to scroll through AND ACCEPT the "Forum Rules" every time I wish to read what someone else has posted?

I totally agree with you
When this forum was set up by previous chair and our " brilliant IT expert" after many delays and much anticipation, it was a bit of a disappointment, and too fussy.
It needs to be more owner friendly.
