In the December Newsletter we were advised that a Virtual AGM would be held on Sunday 21 March at 3 pm. All good news but has any member been advised how and when we are meant to register for access to the virtual meeting which I assume to be via Zoom, or similar. Also is there to be a limit on the number of members attending? I hope it is not going to be on a first come, first served basis.

Perhaps the Committee Secretary can clarify the situation.

In reply to your questions we have just set the date for the AGM, and all other details have not been made yet. We have 3 months till the AGM and we will get back to you in plenty of time, and all the other members, when arrangement have been made, including how to log onto the Zoom meetings and these sort of details.
