Yippee, a newsletter that gave information on sales and rentals, BUT could it be considered economical with the truth?

It is a very interesting read and lots of statistics to digest.
5 year terms seem to be selling, something I was convinced could work well a few years ago.
In perpetuity is historic and Im surprised that anyone wants to buy into it these days.
Must confess to not taking the opportunity to avail myself of the £500 incentive scheme though, since LRHC ownership is becoming a tad expensive and I’d rather keep my friends , than be instrumental in putting a financial burden on them, either short term or permanently.
The latest report indicates that larger invoices can be expected I reckon.
I assume that all is well at Commitee level also 👍

The newsletter once again missed a massive opportunity to be fully transparent with the owners.
This reluctance will be highlighted in the next few months I reckon and some big decisions to come, if not already?
