Following lockdown restrictions, uncertainty about travel abroad, and rising living costs, demand for UK self-catering accommodation has increased, and Loch Rannoch Highland Club, a holiday resort in the Scottish Highlands, has an affordable, flexible solution for couples and families to secure their holidays. It is also pet-friendly, which makes it convenient for those who bring their four-legged families along.
The Club's 85 lodges are nestled on a hillside within its own grounds of seven acres. Each of the lodges boasts a stunning view of Loch Rannoch and breath taking mountain scenery. The Lodges sleep 4, 6, or 8 guests and feature fully equipped kitchens, modern bathrooms, linen and towels, and parking. A number of the 2 and 3-bedroom lodges have their own built-in saunas. Some lodges have been designed to be accessible for individuals with disabilities.
HOW IT WORKS
In order to secure the use of your choice of Lodge, you sign a contract with Loch Rannoch Highland Club. Besides an initial purchase price and £72 assignation fee for all members, the only other cost that you pay will be your maintenance fees every year. This is invoiced on the 1st July if your chosen week is after this date. However, if your chosen week is before 1st July, the first annual payment would be due immediately. It is like owning your own vacation home in the Highlands, but without the substantial up-front costs.

With a choice of Term or Permanent Memberships in our exclusive non-profit Members' Club, you are able to select your preferred Lodge at the time of year that suits you. Whether it is low season or high season, all have significant advantages: you can choose to use your week, swap it for another lodge in a different part of the year if you want to change things up, exchange it through our exchange partners for a week elsewhere in United Kingdom or thousands of locations abroad, or rent your week out and potentially generate a little income.
